How do I return an item? ALTIPTELCO offers monthly subscriptions for VOIP telephone service and your service can be canceled at any time. Our Terms of Service agreement cover Returns for service cancellations.
If you intend to return your ALTIPTELCO phone adapter, Select the Service Changes site page to cancel or otherwise change your monthly subscriptions. Return the ALTIPTELCO phone adapter to: PO BOX 33754, Phoenix, AZ 85067.
The ALTIPTELCO adapter is identified by the unique label on it. The unique label will be used to identify your account. Be certain to return the Phone Adapter including the AC Adapter as a pair.
